By creating custom illustrations that resonate with the target audience, the project aims to increase engagement and brand recognition. A significant aspect of the project involves designing visually appealing and engaging email campaigns. This includes both promotional emails and transactional emails, requiring attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across various communication channels.
Working with 12 languages, including Arabic, Thai, Chinese, Hindi, and others, presents a unique challenge. The design must accommodate different writing systems and cultural sensitivities while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences.
